Features:

- Long Sweeping Crushing Plates, adjustable grate, scientifically designed fan and indigenous automatic Feeding Arrangements to ensure longevity and smooth working.
- Beaters made of close grained seasoned cast iron have small channel grooves on their external surface that roll and shell the groundnuts and break them open.
- Grate composed of number of Flat Steel Bars has a special section placed horizontally on their edges with an adjustable small space according to the size of groundnuts, intervening between every two of them.
- Fan with mild steels sheets bolted to mild steel angle blades on both sides fitted on a Steel Axle revolves in a pair of imported Heavy Duty Ball Bearings. The angle of the curves gives best result and the Automatic Feeder regulates feed of groundnuts to avoid Chocking of machine.
- Bearings: Heavy Duty Double Roller imported bearings fitted in the machine ensures smooth performance giving maximum output.
- The Decorticator is fitted with V-Belt Pulley which can be directly fitted to Electric Motor opposite the machine enabling the setting of machine at the desired R.P.M.
